Meet the Guardians of Tribu

Tribu Malinalco is a space for gathering and reconnection. It is a house where culture is alternative, because we seek to rescue both modern discoveries and ancestral wisdom. Our goal is to care for the health of the earth and the beings that inhabit it in the best way possible.

A home for travelers where we are creating an Alternative Culture where care for each other as humans & co-creating with Mother Earth in a respectful, loving & generous way is our deep intention...you will be surprised to see ducks & chickens about the property. Tribu is a precious space, a home away from home & little haven where we are surrounded by mountains & amidst trees, embraced by nature. Years ago a monoculture Avocado orchard, this place is now filled with a variety of fruit trees & other original plant species from this region, which we are learning to care for & re-produce. All these activities continue to bring together a very special community of people who share an interest in deep self knowing & healing.

If you are in search of a conscious & healthy environment, we have an agreement with the guardians of this space to keep it alcohol & smoke-free.

Comedor comunitario Salvaje

... to contribute to the health of every person who passes through Tribu in Malinalco.

This intention is also expressed through our vegetarian food project, developed from the perspective of trophology—the study of food combinations and digestion, which seeks to support the body’s natural processes, promote better nutrient absorption, and reduce inflammation through conscious eating.

Our community dining space, Salvaje, opens Thursdays and Fridays by reservation only. Lunch is served at 3:00 pm and consists of three courses: a starter, a main dish, and dessert, including water.

The contribution is voluntary, starting at $50 MXN, allowing each person to participate according to their possibilities while supporting the sustainability of the project.
